That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve. Join us. The US e-commerce recommendation team is responsible for improving consumer / seller / creator experience via recommendations product to drive TikTok e-commerce business growth.

We are looking for experienced PSOs to identify business problems / opportunities in the US market and build innovative recommendation products to achieve ambitious business goals.

  • Responsibilities- Responsible for the Product Operation of TikTok E-commerce feeds recommendation related products, including product request collection and evaluation, and making the go-to-market strategy of product iterations, aiming at efficiency enhancement;
  • Deeply dive into user requests, build insight into the pain points of sellers and creators, understand the operational demands from category teams, and make corresponding product strategies;
  • Work closely with category operational teams, product managers, the algorithm team and other teams to solve business problems, promote product optimization and iteration, and work on operation enablement and operational methodology.
  • Minimum Qualifications : - More than 3 years of experience in product strategy or product operation, with experience in the E-commerce industry / LIVE industry / traffic strategy as a bonus;
  • Have a keen insight into user requests and strong data analysis ability, good at team communication and collaboration, strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility, like challenges and aim for the highest;
  • Have experience in complex projects and be able to independently produce the strategy, land the projects, and review and recap.
