Cloud Engineering Manager (AWS)

What Youll Do

• Develop the AWS Cloud discipline : Support team members in their professional growth and career development Develop and implement a long-term plan for the AWS unit Establish an organizational and managerial structure within the unit Recruit Cloud engineers and manage project staffing
• Ensure the achievement of key company goals such as headcount growth, utilization, attrition and wage inflation
• Engage in Data & Analytics practice activities (POCs, MVPs, training, RFPs, Discoveries, etc.)
• Build and maintain production systems
• Provide consulting services to application teams looking to build cloud-based applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify solutions and critical case studies

What You Have

• 7 years of professional experience in AWS and system engineering
• Knowledge of Serverless, Compute, Networking and various AWS services
• Background in Linux / Unix systems administration
• Competency in infrastructure troubleshooting and optimization, including bottleneck analysis
• Track record in managing production infrastructure with tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
• Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet and Ansible
• Advanced skill in at least one build automation tool (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, GoCD, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards (Zabbix, Nagios, DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, etc.)
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, monitoring and security best practices
• B1+ English, both verbal and written
