Provides analysis of and information on web trends, web analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for 20 plus products / programs.
Manage web content for 20 plus products / programs including other client and external relations related content.Using industry best practices to recommend and assist with the development and oversight of various marketing process, product improvements and web site management.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and worksindependently to achieve department and company goals.
Performs a variety of tasks with a certain degree of creativity.Updating product and program information and descriptions.
Managing FAQ sections of the website.Ensuring Web content is accurate and customer friendly.Expected daily work : Complete minor web requests for 8 Avangrid company websitesFulfill requests from business areas that could include uploading PDFs, copy changes, images, videos, etc.
1300-1500 requests annually)Determine if web requests are not considered a minor web request and if so, assign to and communicate with the team leads.
Track web request in project management system, mark progress and ompletion.Effectively communicate with requestor upon completion for sign-off.
Manage web requests and discern if the web request involves additional management review or input from Subject Matter Expert (SME) before making the requested edit.
Proofread content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.We are looking for a specialist to support our work with the following qualifications : BS / BA Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Demonstrated expertise in the development of marketing communications, client management, project management and organizational skills.
