Recruiting Manager
Serenity Healthcare, a groundbreaking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our growing team.
This role will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for direct management of Serenity’s internal hiring team.
Onsite Position Fort Worth, TX*
Responsibilities
Daily supervision of the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
Keeping track of recruiting metrics
Evaluate sourcing methods and strategies
Engagement in job posting strategy and management of relationships with various job boards to ensure best practices
Coaching and mentoring to help the recruiting team to achieve their goals
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Recruiting Manager or equivalent role
Should be proficient in computer applications like Microsoft products, social media tools, and with applicant tracking systems.
In depth knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards would be a huge plus
Ability to build a positive team focused on results and achievements
Experience in holding others accountable to metrics
