As ScrumMaster youplay a key role in the definition development implementation andongoing improvement of Agile practices (with an emphasis on Scrum)within the organization.
You will facilitate sprint planningretrospective and daily activities related to standups and sprintburn down; as well as maintain relevant metrics that help the teamsee and understand their progress during a sprint.
In this role youll own and resolveidentified impediments.
Youllhelp build an environment where continuous deployment / improvementof the development process is the focus and everyones common goalis to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible to ourcustomers.
As ScrumMaster youre responsible for leading thecontinual Agile transformation and practices as well as promotingaccountability and transparency across all levels of theorganization.
RESPONSIBILITIESSTRATEGIES AND LEADERSHIP
- Serve as a senior team member responsible forfacilitating the adoption implementation and sustainability ofAgile processes principles and practices
- Leadthe scaling of Agile from team level to enterprise level
- Act as a change agent and as part of the team of Coachesleading and supporting teams and individuals in their Agilejourney
- Make decisions and independently driveany aspect of Agile rollout at a team and managementlevel
- Provide hightouch and handson teamguidance support and coaching in close cooperation andcollaboration across all roles and functions to facilitateincreasing maturity at a sustainable pace
- Actively build and contribute to the companys AgileCommunity and develop Communities of Practice mentor Agilepractitioners
- Create training materials andprovide training and coaching throughout theorganization
- Support Agile teams in theirdevelopment playbook creation and in establishing consistent bestpractices
- Collaborate with nonAgile teameducate and support them throughout transformation
- Define relevant metrics that help the program see howthey are doing
- Inspire all stakeholders at anylevel in their Agile transition.
- Develop coachand mentor team members to advance their skills andcareer
- Build trust with the business IT orother Divisions and throughout the organization
- Perform ongoing assessments of the teams Scrum maturityto inform ongoing support decisions
- Advise ondependency management techniques between internal teams and thirdparties release managers or between Agile teams

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree and / or equivalent workexperience required
CERTIFICATION
CSM / CSPO Certification or PMIACPpreferred
