The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, supply management. This role involves ensuring efficient procurement processes to support our plumbing projects.

Join us and be part of a company that values quality craftsmanship and customer care.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and pricing.

• Maintain accurate records of purchasing, pricing, and inventory levels.-Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Review and analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.-Resolve issues or disputes with suppliers regarding delivery, quality or pricing.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.-Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping-Manage inventory levels and accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and efficiency.-Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity levels.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or related fields.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.-Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• With experience in purchasing plumbing products.-Plumbing experience is a plus.-Knowledge of construction techniques and trends.
