Employment Opportunity Posting : Early Intervention Part-time Physical Therapist, La Plata, San Juan, Montezuma / Dolores and / or Archuleta counties.
Community Connections, Inc. is seeking a part-time licensed Physical Therapist to provide PT services for children birth - 3 in Early Intervention.
Flexible schedule and hours may range from 5-15 hours per week. Services are provided in homes and community settings, both in-person and via Zoom / telehealth.
We promote a coaching model (empowering parents and teachers to continue implementing strategies between visits). Qualified applicants must delight in working with young children and enjoy being part of a team supporting families.
Ability to provide services in Spanish is ideal, but not required. Intimate knowledge of Indigenous (primarily Dine and / or Ute) or Hispanic cultures is also ideal but not required.
- $43.25 / hr (plus mileage) includes direct service as well as prep and travel time. Part time with limited benefits including : Legal Shield available for purchase;
