Available Positions :
We are expanding our hardscape and landscape crews and are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team.
Hardscape and Landscape Crew Members : Responsible for various outdoor construction tasks including hardscape installations, plantings, material installations, equipment operation, and general landscape maintenance.
Required Qualifications :
We are looking for individuals with a wide range of skills and specific experience in the landscape industry, including but not limited to :
- General construction knowledge
- Plant identification
- Material installation methods
- Equipment operation
- Ability to read prints
- Knowledge of best practice policies for safety and efficiency
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license, chauffeur's license, or CDL
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and team members
- Ability to work well in a team environment and positively influence crew members
- Full-time availability
Training Provided :
Previous experience in hardscape and landscaping is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
Language Skills :
Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply, as there is potential for additional compensation. Proficiency in multiple languages is a skill we highly value at Snyder’s Landscape Design, Inc.

Benefits :
Competitive hourly wage : $18 to $25 based on experience
