We’re looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Social Content Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a sharp eye for design and video editing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Social Content Specialist, you’ll create engaging, platform-native content (primarily static graphics with some short-form video) and play a key role in shaping brand presence across social platforms. You’ll also support light community management duties to ensure a consistent and authentic brand voice. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience and connect with brands—building loyalty, cultural relevance, and engagement.
This position will execute social media strategy for assigned accounts, contribute to consumer engagement, and deliver best-in-class content with creativity, speed, and excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners, gaining exposure to integrated marketing strategies, digital innovation, and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (90%)
- Produce scroll-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Design static graphics and edit short-form videos that balance brand guidelines with emerging trends
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and creative formats to inspire content development
- Contribute to the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs
Community Management (10%)
Monitor and engage with audiences across owned channels using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr)Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate voiceSurface emerging issues, audience trends, or opportunities to internal teamsQualifications
