Job description :

• The ideal Member Services Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment.
• This is NOT a receptionist job; its about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services.

A day in the life :

• All reservations are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time starting and keeping empowering conversations with our members and guests
• Youre educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based mens grooming club
• You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas
• Youre playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar (no experience required, training provided, and no fancy beverages to make)
• Youre completing all of our personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best

Compensation : $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
