Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an Engineering Account Manager for a fully onsite role with our client in Plano, TX.
The Engineering Account Manager will be Responsible for building mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships with our clients, as well as finding the products and solutions that fit our client
s needs. We are looking for a skilled individual that is excited to be a part of changing how the world views our most critical resource Water.
Responsibilities :
- Serving as a link between our company and clients to handle their accounts related work.
- Communicating with the clients to understand their needs while keeping them up to date regarding all project and research activities.
- Developing relations with clients based on respect and trust.
- Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill clients needs.
- Prepare and summarize quarterly and annual client spends.
- Possessing updated knowledge of the companys products and services.
- Solving clients complaints and improving processes to prevent additional issues.
- Identifying current market trends.
- Improving customer experience.
- Perform tasks per the companys Integrated Management System (ISO : 9001 2015 Certified).
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in finance, sales, communication, or a similar field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
- Accurate and extensive product knowledge.
- Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Proven communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
Travel :
Less than 10% annually.
