Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing preventative dental care and educating patients about their oral health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
• Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) (Hygiene assistant will be provided)
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and assess patients’ gum health
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dentists to develop patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Assist in managing patient appointments and maintaining office organization

Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist
• Experience in a dental practice preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of dental software and patient management systems is a plus
