Overview :
We are seeking an associate with 0-4 years of experience and interest in corporate, real estate, construction, and interest in corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate from our Fargo, North Dakota office.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience. We will consider entry-level candidates licensed and available to work.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have :
- 2-4 years of experience and interest in corporate, real estate, construction, and interest in corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, research, oral communication and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of North Dakota
