Eclypsium seeks a Technical Product Manager in experience in product design and planning and a proven ability to execute the plan.

The ideal candidate will have experience defining technical requirements, writing detailed product specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to launch successful products.

Cybersecurity experience is required and startup experience is a plus! In addition, preference will be given to candidates with UI / UX experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Execute product roadmap from vision, planning, and execution to drive business success
  • Writing product requirements with adequate technical details for developers and a good overview and background for executives and non-technical team members
  • Works with cross-functional teams to define technical and product requirements and create detailed specifications.
  • Participate in sprint planning and review meetings with development teams to ensure that technical and product requirements are met
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and evaluate technical solutions and trade-offs.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications
  • Support solutions and operations teams to ensure that products meet operational requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced and innovative environment to drive product development and launch successful products
  • Continuously monitor and assess product performance to identify opportunities for improvements and drive innovation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in software development, with at least two years in a product management role
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is required and startup experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, databases, and web technologies
  • Experience in defining technical and product requirements and writing detailed product requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups, user research, and useability testing is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Including managing conversations and reading and writing documents
