About the Practice :
- Patient Diversity : From commercial to cash and Medicaid, patients travel up to 1.5-2 hours to receive care.
- Flexible Schedule : Four 8 hour days
- Mentorship : Owner is happy to mentor and guide the right candidate.
- Ortho Opportunity : While currently referring out orthodontics, someone comfortable with ortho procedures or willing to learn is welcome to apply.
Team and Facilities :
- Supportive Team : With 2 full-time front office staff, a remote billings person, 7 dental assistants, 2 hygienists, and a loyal part-time dentist, you'll be part of a supportive team.
- State-of-the-Art Technology : The practice boasts 9 ops, digital X-rays, 3D pan, digital scanner, and Dentrix EMR.
- Convenient Sedation Options : Nitros, oral sedation, and outpatient surgery center license for procedures.
About You :
- Community Involvement : Ideal for someone looking to become an integral part of a town of 30,000 people.
- Preventive Focus : Emphasis on preventive care, caring for all populations, including underserved and special needs patients.
- Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively, answer parents' questions, and build trust with patients.
- Long-Term Commitment : Looking for a candidate willing to put down roots and possibly become a partner.
- Pediatrics residency would be great, but not required.
