Who We LookFor :
We are looking for an individual who can provideculinarysupportfor our In Room Diningdepartment with 3 5 years of culinary experience.
The Chef dePartiesupervises theentire culinary team of thedining outlet.The position will assist with creating menu recipes, creating specials, and completion of inventory orders.
The Chef dePartiewill run the line, and entire kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. Ability to train employees on menus, recipes, and cooking procedures.
The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, and experience in using / working with a computer. Must be Food Safe Certified , andBirchstreetknowledge is a plus.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
