Job Description : Quality Training Consultant
Scope : The key responsibility is standing up a quality focused training system that includes the following elements as well as initial deployment of training across the entire manufacturing facility.
The training program itself is around the FDA regulated facility- quality training for product testing at the hourly level;
candidates should have a background / knowledge of FDA regulations and ability to follow / train others on the client internal standards.
Hourly workers are performing the testing and the trainer will then determine after testing, where within the facility would that hourly worker best fit based on test results after training has concluded.
Responsibilities :
- Develop assessments to understand current status of training
- Manage and develop the required activities for quality training at the NCSF site for hourly employees
o Required to develop the program, train others on the program and then be willing to hand it off at the end of 6 months to someone at client.
- Develop the content and frequency of training
- Key customers are quality techs, operators, engineers, team leaders, and managers.
- Execute training
- Develop assessments to understand effectiveness of training
- Identifying gaps within the process and creating deliverables to execute
Expectations
Hours may vary depending on work load
o Target 20-30 hours (hours can be flexible, but they must be worked onsite / currently no set days of the week candidate must be onsite)
- 6-month time frame
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate and train others
- At least 5-7+ years' experience (not entry-level)
- Bachelor's degree
Experience :
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) required
- Project management experience required
- Experience training other workers / contractors
- Highly preferred candidates already have ETQ systems experience (this is used onsite)
- Highly preferred candidates already have experience training on Class 1 and Class 1 exempt products
