Job Duties : The QUALITY SYSTEMS ANALYST will work with the plant manager regarding all aspects of the production schedule.
- Administrative and Clerical Duties
- Reviewing / verifying wheel temperature chart recorders
- Sending out lab samples
- Preparing Certificates of Analysis
- Batch Paperwork
- Raw and Finished Product Testing, Verification and Reporting
- Verifying Batch Codes
- Maintaining and printing lab paperwork
- Receiving Paperwork
- Appendix N Paperwork
- Multiple QA Documents, maintaining, verifying, and approving.
- Tracking / trending of data collected.
- Continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed : Bachelors Degree (preferred); 2+ years of production planning experience and 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in production planning for various processes.
Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English for paperwork and computer training purposes. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook;
good data entry skills.
