Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Provide direction, inspiration, and guidance to the entire operations team, fostering an environment of excellence, growth, and dedication.
Operational Oversight : Ensure all restaurant locations maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance, while operating efficiently and profitably.
Training & Development : Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs for management and staff to bolster performance and career growth.
Financial Management : Drive profitability and growth by managing operational budgets, analyzing key business metrics, and devising strategies for improvement.
Brand Standards : Uphold and ensure consistent brand standards across all locations, ensuring a unified brand experience for all guests.
Expansion & Development : Play an integral role in the expansion strategy, identifying new market opportunities and aiding in the opening of new restaurant locations.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 4 years in a directorial or senior managerial role within the fast-casual segment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L analysis, and budgeting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Capability to think strategically, analytically, and solve problems effectively.
