Job Duties and Responsibilities

Business Analyst III sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, Colorado.

Work as a subject matter expert for five billing systems that the Accounting and Tax team use as the source for financial reporting and sales tax compliance.

Define requirements needed for compliance and reporting for each billing system and support the Accounting and Tax teams on production support issues.

Work with the CFO teams (General Ledger, AP, AR, Tax, Procurement, and Fixed Assets) to automate manual processes using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to speed up the delivery of key processes.

Work with various teams including IT Business Relationship Managers, IT PMO, IT Dev, IT TQA Teams to move projects through the development process.

Analyze processes, suggest options for solving issues and improving efficiency, write requirements, obtain required approvals, and work with IT to implement the solutions.

Work as an expert in process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of billing, and automation solutions.

Own their own projects and take the initiative to deliver successful projects to make the CFO organization more efficient and productive.

Job requirements :

Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or closely related.

Also requires 3 years experience in the job offered or as a Planner II / III. Also requires 3 year experience with / using the following (which may have been gained concurrently) :

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Agile Methodologies
• CSG ACP, Recurly, AMDOCs, Shopify
• Oracle Reporting Tools, ., Orbit
• Oracle E-Business Suite
• Tableau
• Robotic Process Automation Tools, ., UI Path
• ServiceNow
• Agile Central (Rally)
