About The Position
Job Title : EEG Technician Job Specialty : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 30 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours per Week Experience : Minimum 2 Years Required License : Valid State License Required;
DC or Compact License for MD Locations Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - Adult Inpatient- Adult Outpatient- ER Experience- Adult ICU Experience Job Description : Perform EEG procedures on adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Handle occasional weekend on-call duties as required by the schedule.- Participate in a 28-hour orientation process and complete necessary modules, with an average of 12 hours needed.
- Administer and process EEG tests in a timely and professional manner.- Adhere to required safety and health protocols, including flu vaccinations.
- Provide patient care with a focus on safety and accuracy in diagnostics.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document and report findings accurately and efficiently.- Remain adaptable to varying job demands and schedules.- Ensure compliance with local and state medical regulations.
Additional Requirements : References from two supervisors.- Perform job duties in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Be prepared to partake in a thorough review process with potential no interview required.- Complete all required pre-start modules before commencing work.
