Position Information :
The Staffing Resource Specialist provides oversight direction and support for Patient Observation Services within the Staffing Resources department.
Responsible for assessing departmental needs and skill level of each employee. Facilitates communication collaboration and teamwork within the department and with nursing units across the system.
Coordinates daily operations operational changes and process improvements to align with departmental and hospital mission values and quality initiatives.
Completes scheduling process for both departments and ensures accurate supplies are maintained in each area. Works as a liaison between department staff and leadership team.
Experience Requirements :
3 Years Nursing - Related Area Required
Education Required :
Graduate Nursing Required - Or College Courses Nursing Required - With Required Licensure / Certification - And Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
Licensure / Certification Requirements :
Registered Nurse Required
Hours of Work :
Every Sat / Sun 7p-7a & one 7p-7a shift M-F varying days weekly
Weekend Requirements :
Every Weekend
Call Requirements : As needed
