Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst / Manager to join our team in the Hill AFB, UT area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Serves as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives
• Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and / or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management
• Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
• Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7-12 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
• May lead and direct the work of others

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master’s degree
• Experience with F-16, A-10, or T-38

Clearance Requirements :

Active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements :

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,300-$137,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
