Accounts Payable Assistant
CFS has partnered with an organization who is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to support the AP efforts at our corporate offices in Elmsford, NY .
Their ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, excellent data entry skills, and must work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include :
- Entering / uploading invoices into QuickBooks and bill payment system
- Routing invoices to project management team for review & approval
- Administrative duties including copying, filing, answering phones
- Providing support to accounting team as needed
Here is what you must have :
- 1-3 years of experience in an office setting
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in math, accounting or related major
