Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our non-medical home care agency.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients have access to nutritious food and hydration.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
- Monitor clients physical and emotional health and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Qualifications :
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in SC.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
