THE JOB :

As a Lounge Server, the key responsibility entails efficiently fulfilling guests' drink orders and delivering beverage and bus services.

This role encompasses working across multiple locations within the property and executing all assigned duties in each location.

All tasks must be carried out in alignment with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE : $ Plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Perform opening side duties including folding / stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, lining cocktail trays, stocking glassware, and replenishing supply cabinets.

Ensure cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas, addressing any issues promptly.Possess comprehensive knowledge of available liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections offered on the casino floor.

Familiarity with designated glassware and appropriate garnishes for each drink served.

Communicate orders accurately to the Bartender through the system and confirm transmission.

Demonstrate familiarity with Hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and activities to effectively address guest inquiries.

Address guest complaints within the scope of authority, escalating to management when necessary. Report unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft to supervisors and / or Security.

Successfully complete the Restaurant Training Program and associated testing.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Prior experience serving in upscale fine dining and high-volume settings.

Ability to seamlessly manage guest interactions.

Demonstrated passion for hospitality.

Adaptability to dynamic environments.

Comfortable working in various locations on property as needed.

Capable of accommodating a flexible on-call / part-time schedule, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time hours as dictated by business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
