Account Director, Branded Content Reports to : Senior Director, Branded Content Location : Los Angeles or NYC Job Summary : The Account Director, Branded Content, oversees the pre- and post-sale execution of brand partner campaigns.

This role requires a strategic digital marketing leader with exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with cross-functional departments to manage daily partnership operations, significantly contributing to the company's growth.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Branded Content, as part of the Marketing team at Omaha Productions. Key Responsibilities : Fully own and manage a specific subset category of brand partner campaigns, ensuring partner expectations and deal terms are met.

Drive research, planning, development, and execution of brand partner projects (integrated campaigns, digital series, events).

Build and maintain partner relationships, proactively communicating about campaign performance and opportunities. Coordinate between partners and internal teams to meet partner objectives.

Lead and execute partner events working across internal stakeholders and talent Develop strategies to maximize content performance and lead post-sale client communication.

Collaborate with Creative, Production, PR, and Social teams for seamless execution of partner elements. Manage third-party vendors for campaign planning and execution.

Advise and manage projects from concept development through execution with cross-functional teams. Present to senior-level clients and internal agency executives.

Manage program budgets and scopes of work with transparency and efficiency. Deliver measurable results to clients and provide post-event reporting and ROI analysis.

Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in agency, client-based, or property / event sponsorship activation or marketing, including experiential marketing.

3-5 years of experience overseeing and mentoring junior staff. Proven track record in collaborating with Social Strategy, Integrated Strategy, Influencer, Creative, and Earned Media teams.

Experience with sports properties and sponsorships. Preferred : Professional sports and esports activation experience. Skills and Competencies : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client management experience.

Proven ability to develop and implement creative marketing solutions. Ability to lead marketing programs with cross-functional teams.

Strong client relationship management skills. Exceptional time management and communication skills (written and oral). Proven ability to manage a high volume of deliverables without sacrificing quality.

Tactical proficiency in media relations, including outreach plans, message development, event management, media trips, pitching, and spokesperson training.

Proficient in writing internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, and new business proposals.

Knowledge of project management, including executing research, creative, communications plans, toolkits, social, influencer, earned media, paid media, and production partnerships.

Travel Requirements : This position requires extensive travel. Travel will be necessary as needed to support projects, including attending shoots and events.
