CB Partners is excited to partner with a client of ours who is looking to hire an Operations Manager. This position is a heavy travel role, up to 70%.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer / business development for key SaaS accounts
- Account management
- QA of products that are being created by company
- Demo products to clients and support sales team
- Heavy customer facing position
- KPI Management
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Change Management
- BS / BA in Business degree or related degree
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior SaaS experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Up to 70% of travel

Compensation :
$95k - $115k
