The Role :

Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Project Manager to help control cost on existing and upcoming projects. Update timelines and progress of all projects.

Provide a leadership role in managing all outside purchases services that directly relate to any project assigned to you.

What You'll Do :

• Work within the Accolade and SAP systems and manage the technical aspects of the projects.
• Resolve any new problems, look for improvements needing to be made to the current process and bring them to the attention of management.
• Be independent in managing time, train project owners in how to efficiently perform their tasks. Use discretion in dealing with others in accordance with general supervisory guidance.
• Be able to detect errors and can correct the errors with relatively little disruption to the organization.
• Contact individuals both inside and outside the organization and ensuring confidentiality.
• Be responsible for $4 to 5M dollar projects

What We Seek : A Bachelor's degree

A Bachelor's degree

5+ years in facilities or maintenance

1 to 2 years leading teams

Knowledge of SAP in reference to Accolade projects

Must have strong problem-solving skills and time management skills

Must have strong communication skills, oral, written, verbal

Must be willing to complete PMP training and acquire certification

Outstanding Candidates Will Have :

Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Create long and short-term plans in relation to project, setting targets and milestones and adhering to deadlines

The base salary range for this position is $96K to $115K.
