We are seeking an Operations Manager. This role involves collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic operational plans, improve processes, and ensure quality standards across departments.

- Oversee striping operations for roads and parking lots, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for striping projects to maximize efficiency and minimize disruptions.
- Partner with the General Manager to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze and improve current processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports while identifying risks and bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations across all operations.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and materials while optimizing costs.
- Develop and execute marketing operational strategies to support business objectives.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline processes.
