We’re seeking a Accounts Payable for a 3 month temp position for a gas and oil manufacturing company located in Signal Hills, CA.

- Requirements : Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner* Reconcile vendor statements timely by working with vendors to resolve any outstanding items* Reconcile and verify all invoices before processing for payment - Including but not limited to past-due balances, remit to address, and bill to address* Assist Senior Accountant with bookkeeping, clerical duties, and managing accounts* Maintain Vendor filing system* Receive, log, obtain approvals, code, scan, and enter invoices* Maintain and process 700-800 A / P invoice monthly and log daily* Verify coding and approvals on all invoices and check requests* Reconcile Vendor statements by working with the Vendor to resolve outstanding invoices* 2+ years of experience as a accounts payable
- Knowledge of Excel and experience
- Keen attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills* Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships* Excellent problem-solving* Payrate : $25-27 an hour
