Job Description :
Manage construction and renovation projects. Lead and coordination of facility construction project activities.
Qualifications :
Two to four-year degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
Three to five years of demonstrated working experience in construction management. Extensive knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards required.
Must know construction methodologies, ability to read blueprints, and understand other technical aspects of construction.
Appropriate WI license where applicable to specific position required. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.
