Grow your career as a successful Manager - Partnership Marketing within ALG Vacations. In this role, you will manage hotel & supplier cooperative marketing relationships and become an expert on your hotel & supplier products.

You will also negotiate and manage cooperative marketing budgets and create the strategic supplier marketing plans across all of ALGV’s vacation brands.

This is a critical role for the communication and collaboration of all of the sales & marketing teams (internal and external) that have an effect on maximizing ALGV marketing spend and ultimately the return on investment (ROI) from those efforts.

As the main liaison for Apple Leisure Group and our hotel suppliers, you are the company's expert on brand, products, culture, marketing strategies and relationships with assigned supplier accounts.

A successful Manager - Partnership Marketing will :

  • Collaborate with B2B / B2C channel leadership to lead, identify and create new campaign opportunities for supplier integration to attain budget goals and align with hotel & supplier needs.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with ALGV’s suppliers with day-to-day engagement and in-market presence while managing their marketing strategy and budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing & SE analyst team member to analyze partner marketing campaign results and provide recommendations on how to further enhance & drive sales for partner campaigns.

Lead the development of how to communicate results to our partners.

  • Oversee annual strategy for supplier dedicated campaigns in conjunction with marketing & partnership marketing leadership.
  • Identify new funding opportunities and collaborate with ALGV channels on integration with channel strategies.
  • Provide annual funding & override agreement recommendations to leadership and be able to independently drive negotiation conversations with suppliers.
  • Strategically place marketing tactics & provide recommendation to hotels on how to position their product .
  • Effectively communicate multiple brand visions, marketing strategy, initiative goals, and tactics in quarterly business reviews .
  • Lead all components of supplier marketing initiatives : Provide direction to internal team on tactic timing, manage activity, align on creative messaging, track and analyze performance, and provide ROI to suppliers.
  • Ensure brand standards and supplier requirements are met via proofing landing pages, press releases, emails, etc. to ensure marketing message, content, and imagery aligns with supplier and brand expectations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values.

A successful Manager - Partnership Marketing will have :

Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and three or more years related experience and / or training;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, project management, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and team members.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting products and services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Tableau or Power BI experience.
  • Create win-win solutions using knowledge and data that benefit all parties, showcase value of opportunities and persuade others to engage.
  • Effective negotiation / selling skills.
  • Ability to proactively engage with internal and external contributors to deliver desired results.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and time management skills.
