Our Wound Care Centerincludes :
Full Team Case ManagerOffice Manager Front end and back end support. Great WorkFlow!
Provider will do Wound Care.
Provider will average around 1015 encounters perday
We offer advanced woundcaretreatments to promote healing including :
- Cellulitistherapy
- Compressiontherapy
- Infection management andprevention
- Woundcleaning
- Wound dressing
EMR is EPIC / IHEAL
Center is open MondayFriday(1 day per week Friday)8am4pm
No Nights No Call No weekends.
You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

- Must be Certified NursePractitioner
