  • Patient Services Representative
  • to join our front-line team, where you'll be the voice of compassion and efficiency for patients, providers, and partners.
  • In this role, you'll handle high-volume calls, manage appointment scheduling, and support patients with their healthcare needs - all while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

    • What You'll Do
    • Answer 60-80 incoming calls daily from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilities
    • Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening, assisting, and resolving inquiries
    • Reschedule appointments via phone, SMS, or patient portal messages
    • Route calls to appropriate departments and ensure accurate registration and scheduling in EMR
    • Take clear, detailed messages using internal communication templates
    • Edit, cancel, and reschedule appointments per clinic protocols
    • Maintain effective communication across departments to support patient care
    • Demonstrate knowledge of SY Health programs and services
    • Meet department productivity and quality assurance standards
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • What You Bring
    • 3+ years of customer service experience
    • (healthcare or call center preferred)
    • Exceptional phone etiquette
    • and interpersonal communication skills
    • English fluency
    • in both spoken and written communication
    • Spanish bilingual
    • skills highly preferred
    • Ability to type
    • 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

    • The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
