Job Responsibilities
As a Building Maintenance Technician II, you will :
Perform routine maintenance tasks and general building repairs.
Conduct inspections to determine maintenance needs and successfully implement solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure strict compliance with safety and building regulations.
Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have :
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical degree or certification is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $18.65 $27.97.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
