We are looking for an Experienced Door Assembler III

What our Experienced Door Assembler III does :

  • Preparing the components of the job for assembly by
  • Reading provided tickets that identify materials needed
  • Gathering prescribed materials from stock using hand trucks, rolling carts and forklifts (if certified)
  • Placing materials in designated area for assembly
  • Assembling the components of the job, which may include machining and / or assembling various millwork products such as exterior and interior door units :
  • Reading orders and identifying necessary modifications
  • Operating machinery that modifies the product (ex. chop saws)

What you need to have :

  • High School diploma or GED and one to two years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations.
  • Frequently lift and / or move 75-100 pounds
