- Hands-on Experience : You're skilled in various construction tasks, including :
- Site prep : Excavation, grading, concrete and asphalt work (curbing, patching)
- Finishing touches : Light carpentry, painting, and similar
- Equipment operation : Skid steers, loaders, excavators.
- Attention to Detail : A keen eye for quality and accuracy is essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills : You can assess situations and find solutions quickly.
- Professional Demeanor : You take pride in your work and presentation.
