Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager to work within our Marketing Operations team.
The successful candidate is curious, a problem solver and a creative thinker who will support the management and maintenance of the tools that are used within the team.
Identifies and resolves technical problems, leads system and tool enhancements and implementations, and oversees daily operational tickets and issues.
Manages and develops user guidance documentation and conducts trainings for creative & cross functional teams.
Creates and compiles creative program and project reports as requested for the needs of the business.
This candidate will collaborate with various business partners, internal and external to the team.
Familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes and creative production lifecycles.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Salesforce and Workfront operational duties under an enterprise umbrella.
