Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Annual Giving and provides administrative / operational support to the annual giving team.
The Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including; assisting with budget, scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance.
The Administrative Coordinator will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent as well as
- Five (5) or more years related experience in an office setting, executing tasks such as; scheduling, coordinating meetings, tracking expenses, maintaining information in an excel database, and serving as a main point of contact.
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in related field

- Proficient with MS Office Suite or similar word processing, spreadsheet, presentation development program, email and database applications
- Ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential and diplomatic manner

Starting Salary / Rate
Expected hiring range : $20.00 - $24.50
