Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented attorney to join our in-house legal team. This role will support the negotiation and management of media vendor and client agency agreements in the United States and serve as a key legal partner to internal teams such as finance and investment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating contracts and legal issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate media vendor and client contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Support contract lifecycle management, including redlines / revisions, escalations, and execution
• Advise on legal and compliance matters affecting day-to-day operations and commercial agreements
• Interpret contractual provisions and provide clear guidance to non-legal teams
• Maintain legal records and documentation in coordination with legal operations
• Serve as lead legal contact on complex or high-value agreements
• Own negotiation strategy and escalate risk-based decisions appropriately
• Develop and maintain legal templates, clause libraries, and SOPs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver legal training and improve operational processes
• Identify areas for legal and compliance risk mitigation across the business

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's / applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
