Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a premier supplier of advanced mechanical systems for leading aerospace OEMs in their search for an experienced Sr.
Maintenance Mechanic . As a Sr. Maintenance Mechanic, you will support the Maintenance / Facilities Director in managing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems on the process floor and within the facility.
You will also assist in planning projects and daily tasks for the Maintenance team. Proficiency with CNC Milling and lathe equipment, as well as reading mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, is required.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform and / or lead mechanical repairs and rebuilds on all machines.
- Perform and / or lead machine leveling and alignment.
- Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
- Work with complex NC machines, including up to 5-axis.
- Diagnose, locate, and correct malfunctions of electrical and electronic systems such as machine controls, recorders, servo / axis drives, servo motors, transformers, relays, contactors, fuses, sensors, etc.
- Plan, layout, and fabricate replacement parts for major rebuilding of precision machine tools.
- Maintain, test, repair, or modify various types of industrial electronic controls and systems.
- Analyze and coordinate resolutions of technical problems.
- Interface with manufacturers' line tech support as needed.
- Recommend improved work methods and procedures; assist in training employees.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Adhere to all OSHA and EHS policies and related procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens, and NIT).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, rebuild, and repair NC machinery and other equipment.
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
- High school diploma or GED plus 10+ years of CNC maintenance experience.
- Solid mechanical background with CNC machines, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and programmable logic controls.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and parts drawings, performing routine preventive maintenance, and using a multimeter.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Competence in shop math, including working with fractions and decimals.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and data entry in various software systems.
