Utilizing their successful track record with over 10,000 square feet custom home interiors, this position requires in-depth interior architecture and custom home construction knowledge.

This leader will demonstrate their abilities in professional client communication, budget management, space planning, material specification, furniture line knowledge, and specification.

Excel in a highly creative, fun, and entrepreneurial environment.Qualifications and SkillsDegree in Interior Design or equivalentMin 10 years of design experience - luxury residential projectsLuxury custom home, private client design experienceAutoCAD experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment with creative inputIn-depth knowledge of Interior Architecture and custom home constructionExcellent presentation skills in small / large group settings and / or via virtual conference callsFinely tuned and tasteful eye for color, texture, and patternExpert technical knowledge for creating specifications and installation coordination of FF&E furnishings, decorative lighting, and other related interior design contract documentsClient management skills, proactive solutions, and critical thinkingAbility to manage and delegate / review multiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goalsLeadership skills;
