Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship Program with Guaranteed Full Time Offer after completion of program Get Paid for 40 hour work week for time in school and at facility.
What is it? *2-year program to learn about all aspects of the operation of BHS Corrugated including Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance.
- Apprentices will also gain exposure to all BHS North America operations. What Is expected of you- *Approximately 10 hours a week at our BHS Corrugated facility in conjunction with coursework at Pellissippi State Community College .
- Complete Schooling in 18 months. *Practical application of newly learned skills at our Knoxville Rolls facility *Opportunities to travel and learn from senior technicians on real-world service interventions across the country for up to 2 weeks at a time.
- Two months of on-site practical application of maintenance skills. Requirements Graduation from High School on or before August 2024.
Acceptance into the Industrial Maintenance program at PSTCC. Desire to learn and grow your skills in the field to have a successful career.
Ability to work independently as well as take instruction from Senior Technicians. Willingness to travel during and after apprenticeship.
The position is 100% travel after completion of program. Passion for interacting with and solving customer problems daily.
