Job Description
As an Application Engineer, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge power semiconductor products and our valued customers.
You'll provide top-notch technical support, both before and after sales, ensuring our customers have the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Guru : Deliver in-depth product training and troubleshooting assistance, empowering customers to maximize the potential of our products.
- Problem Solver : Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Customer Champion : Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized support.
- Innovation Catalyst : Gather customer insights and contribute to future product development, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Communicator : Create clear and engaging technical documentation, application notes, and training materials.
Job Qualifications :
- Education : BSEE minimum (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience with power analog circuits (motor control, power supply, inverter, EV, etc.)
- Expertise : Deep understanding of EV, EV charging, renewable energy, UPS, and solid-state circuit breaker applications.
- Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Travel : Willingness to travel 30-50%
