Are you a Lead CNC Machinist who thrives in a dynamic environment?
10+ years of experience turning up the volume on production and new process development (NPI). Must have expertise in turning and lathe work (lead level) including basic and complex setups.
Beneficial if lathe programming capable. Major plus if well versed in milling.
Should be familiar with OD / ID work holding for turning. Capable of boring jaws and developing fixturing methods if required, collaborating with engineering as required.
Strong knowledge of lathe tooling.
Fanuc based controls are your jam. Mori, Doosan, etc.
Blueprint & GD&T guru : Speak the language of precision.
Quality champion : Partner with engineering and quality to develop and validate processes. Should be well versed in all gaging and layout inspection work to verify parts.
Machining Maestro : From setup to finish (deburring, inspections), capability to own it.
Material master : Steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, stainless - you got this.
