• Lead a Team : Guide and support a team that sometimes needs a little extra direction.
• Cover Call-Offs : Be the reliable go-to person when unexpected absences occur.
• Manage Schedules : Keep everything running smoothly with your organizational skills.
• Professional & Assertive : Handle challenges with grace and confidence.
• Right-Hand Support : Be the Wellness Director’s trusted partner and support system.
• Teach & Lead by Example : Share your knowledge and inspire your team.
• Provide Care & Administer Medications : Deliver top-notch care and ensure medication is administered accurately.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience

• Must maintain certification in the state where you work if required.
• Satisfactory completion of state-required education / certificates / testing in relation to medication aides as well as the company medication aide skills competency checklist.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases; Lifting, bending, and pushing medication cart about residence is required;

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
