Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively working with a rapidly growing Healthcare Service Organization in North Little Rock to help them find a Human Resources Manager for their organization.
This is a newly created position due to growth and succession planning. The company is expected to triple revenue in the next 1-2 years from organic growth and acquisitions and could grow to HR Director in the future.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive work environment that supports our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
The newly appointed HR Manager will be focused heavily on compliance, training, and building processes.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and healthcare industry best practices
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new healthcare professionals
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave programs in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance on employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws specific to the healthcare industry
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and professional development
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS systems
- Collaborate with department leaders to address staffing needs and workforce planning
- Handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR / SPHR certification highly desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
