DNI Heating, AC, Refrigeration & Plumbing is seeking a full-time Dispatcher - HVAC Customer Service Rep to join our team in Mead, CO.

THE BASICS
Pay : With competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25 / hour and access to company benefits, this role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our growing company.
Schedule : This full-time dispatch position requires being on-call and working in the office from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday .

YOUR DAY AS A DISPATCHER - HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a Dispatcher - HVAC Customer Service Rep, you will work closely with the lead dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch our team of service technicians for service calls and installations.
This role involves contacting customers, administrative work, and ensuring the most cost-efficient scheduling of service trucks and technicians while taking into consideration customer needs and schedules.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A DISPATCHER - HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC dispatcher in a service operation with more than 12 service trucks and service technicians
- Strong organization skills and the ability to schedule service trucks and technicians efficiently while considering customer needs and schedules
- Excellent customer management and goodwill building ability
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to be on-call
