Impressive revenue share model!About the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunityMulti Surgeon Group covering Total Joint, Sports, Hand, and Foot / AnklePhysican Assistants rotate with all Surgeons80% office and 20 % ORAmbulatory Surgical Center on campus (4-5 cases a day)See 20-25 patients on clinic daysPAs see patients for initial work up and follow post-op patientsPhysical exam, order Diagnostic X-ray and MRI, Referral to Physical Therapy, Injections, OR evaluationOffice hours are 8-5, Monday-FridayOne weekend rounding per monthEMR is Athena2 office locations are 20 minutes apartMRI and X-Ray on site1-2 MAs help Providers with rooming patients, assist with proceduresRequirements of the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunityGraduate with Masters Degree from PA ProgramCareer Ortho focus- Preceptorship, Elective rotations during clinical year, Residency, Athletic Trainer, PTAWashington State Medical LicenseOrtho experience is encouraged but Ortho motivated recent graduates are encouraged to connectInterest in Trigger point and Joint injectionsOR first assist experience is not required as there is an opportunity to be clinic focused onlyPerks of the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunityBase Salary is $125,000 and upProfit / Revenue share of 4% divided quarterlyFull Health Insurance BenefitsVision and Dental insuranceThree weeks PTO401K7 CME days annually plus $2,500Malpractice CoveredOffice closed for all the major holidaysIncredible location with Capital City resources and a small-town feel.
